Licensed, certified and insured
We hold Texas TDLR license TACLA 00151786R / TACLB151786. Our technicians are EPA 608 Universal certified, with Type A/R for commercial refrigeration. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance. You can see the manufacturer training on our certifications page.
Every visit ends with a service report
You get a written service report after each visit. It lists what we found, the readings we took, what we did, and photos of the equipment and the work. If a landlord, insurer or health inspector asks what was done on your unit, the answer is already in your file.
6-month labor warranty on repairs, replacements and installations
Our labor on repair, replacement and installation is warranted for 6 months from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage begins upon payment in full. Diagnostic, maintenance and cleaning services are provided as-is and carry no warranty. The full terms are below.
Commercial only
We do not take residential calls. That keeps our trucks and our time for kitchens, walk-ins, rooftop units and ice machines, and it means your emergency is not competing with a homeowner’s thermostat.
One contractor for the whole building
HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen exhaust usually fail in the same buildings, and finger-pointing between three vendors costs you days. We handle all of it:
- Commercial HVAC and rooftop unit service
- Commercial refrigeration, including walk-in coolers and ice machines
- Kitchen ventilation, hood exhaust and make-up air
- Maintenance agreements for all of the above
Warranty terms
- Labor: 6 months from the date of service, on repair, replacement and installation.
- Parts: covered by the manufacturer warranty, under the manufacturer’s terms.
- Payment: warranty coverage begins upon payment in full.
- No warranty: diagnostic, maintenance and cleaning services are provided as-is and carry no warranty.
- Not covered: dirt or grease buildup, lack of maintenance (dirty filters or ductwork, for example), damage from neglect, settings changed by third parties, and customer-requested re-tuning above manufacturer or factory parameters, which is billed separately.
